Herhangi bir cihaz kullanmadan, ön kod çevirmeden Türk Telekom’a verilecek dilekçe ile çağrının ; numaralandırma (DID) hizmetimizi kullanarak, Foniva Telekom omurgasına yönlendirilmesini kapsayan erişim teknolojisidir.
THK (Toptan Hat Kiralama) hizmeti için müşterilerimizin tek yapması gereken, Toptan Hat Kiralama hizmetini almak istediklerini gösteren formu imzalı olarak Foniva’ya teslim etmesidir.
Tanımlama sonrasında müşterilerimizin yaptıkları aramalar Foniva üzerinden taşınmaya başlar. Gelen aramalar için Türk Telekom şebekesi kullanılmaya devam eder. Müşterilerimiz, sabit hatları(PSTN) için ve telefon görüşmeleri için, tek bir Foniva Telekom faturası alırlar.

Network, System and Customer Monitoring
All networks and systems of Foniva Telekom are monitored by 7/24 Monitor programs and there are notification definitions via Mail and SMS.
Backbone and System Security
The Foniva network is protected by the operator with the +10 Gbps DDOS attack system, allowing DDOS attack packets to be interrupted before they reach Foniva.
